In 2018 Operam secured its first global Managed Service Provider agreement for contingent workers with a leading international oil operator. The programme's success led the client to entrust Operam with their full RPO for permanent staff in 2020. Operam then established a dedicated in-country office in Accra in 2021, becoming fully registered with the Ghana Petroleum Commission.

Operam completed a Statement of Work to hire and onboard 45 local Ghanaian employees for an energy operator, achieving a 90% direct fill rate in just 8 months. The majority of roles were filled by the Operam team directly, without agency dependency, significantly reducing cost per hire and ensuring full local content compliance with the Ghana Petroleum Commission.
