Operam Managed Solutions UK opened in 2016, co-founded by Simon Woodhouse and First Recruitment Group CEO John Urpi, a combined 60 years of recruitment experience brought together to build something genuinely different.

In 2021, Operam West Africa opened in Ghana, fully registered with the Ghana Petroleum Commission, to provide embedded in-country workforce support for energy sector operators.
